Boracay Island, PHCraft brewery & taproom · Station 3

Brewed on Boracay.Poured for the island.

Independent craft beer brewed in the heart of Boracay.

Nº 01The brewery

Not justanotherbeach beer.

Boracay has no shortage of cold drinks and loud sunsets. BIBCO is the other thing: an independent craft brewery and taproom in Station 3, brewing on the island and pouring a few metres from the sand.

Pale ales, IPAs, sours and a hazy or two, with names like Kiamoy Sour and Hazy Ube that could only have come from here. Come for one. Stay for the flight.

Madehere.

Not shipped in. Not brewed somewhere else and given an island name. BIBCO beer is made in Station 3, a short walk from White Beach, and poured where it’s brewed.

The same salt air, the same heat, the same sunsets everyone comes here for. This is what Boracay tastes like when someone bothers to brew it.

    Brew

It starts in the brewhouse. Steel, steam, patience, and a lot of tasting before anything earns a tap handle.

    Pour

From tank to tap to glass, with as little in between as possible. Craft happens. Foam follows.

Nº 07Food + beer

Good beerdeservesgood food.

Craft doesn’t stop at the tap. The kitchen cooks for the beer: plates built to share, to soak things up, and to keep the table together a little longer.

Good pours. Good plates. One table.
